[New Game Account Synchronization Application Notice]
1. Account Synchronization Service are only applicable to
: Users with HIVE accounts (users using a guest account are required to transfer into a HIVE account before requesting) that have a record of playing or making a purchase in MLB 9 Innings Manager from release date until March 31st, 2017 4am EDT.
2. Application Period for Account Synchronization Service: Mar. 20th 4am - Apr. 24th 4am EDT
3.The following compensation (A + B) will be provided to the accounts that have been made before the account synchronization (Mar. 31st 4am EDT).
A. The total purchased amount (USD) x 10 Cash (Ex: If you have spent a total of $10, you will be receiving 100 Cash in the new game)
B. Account Level x 8 Cash (Ex: If your account level is Lv. 50, you will be receiving 400 Cash in the new game)
- Please note that users are only eligible for compensation B if they reach user level 20 before Apr. 24th 4am EDT.
[Service Termination Schedule]
1. Date of Service Termination: May 31st 4am EDT
2. The game will no longer be available on all platforms.
3. In-game purchases will be blocked starting Mar. 16th 4am EDT and additional downloads will be blocked starting Mar. 31st 4am EDT.
4. Refund Schedule
A. Refund Request Period: Apr. 24th 4am - May 31st 4am EDT
(Please note that you will not be able to receive the account synchronization compensation if you receive a refund.)
B. Refunds will not be available for:
(1) In-game currency that has been collected via Events, push notifications, game play, etc.
(2) Items that have been bought with in-game currency that the user has purchased.
(3) Users that have failed to request a refund during the noted period.
C. Refundable in-game currency and schedule:
""Cash"" that has been purchased between Nov. 30th 10am EST - Mar. 16th 4am EDT and hasn't been used can be refunded.
*If you have requested for both a refund and account synchronization, please note that you will not be able to receive the account synchronization compensation if you receive the refund.
- In-game purchases can no longer be made after Mar. 16th 4am EDT.
- The game will no longer be available for download after Mar. 31st 4am EDT.

Users using a guest account or Facebook account are required to transfer into a HIVE account before requesting.
**How to transfer the current account to HIVE account**
Go to the mobile HIVE site (m.withhive.com) -> Tap on the Menu Button on the top-left -> Profile -> Account Settings Button next to the profile picture -> Enter the current password -> Enter the new ID, confirm and save.
