Oct. 4th – Oct. 5th Network Connection Error Notice

Greetings from Com2uS!


Please see below for more info on the network connection error that occurred during Oct. 4th – Oct. 5th.


1) Network Connection Error

- We’ve experienced a network connection error during Oct. 4th – Oct 5th which have caused users not be able to participate in the event properly. Please note that this issue has been resolved on Oct. 6th 9am PDT.


2) Love Points Usage Count Method Modification

- After the error resolution, the Love Points usage method has been changed and now will be counted every 5 minute, instead of in real-time. This count method has been changed in order to prevent any additional server connection issues.


We sincerely apologize for inconveniences caused by this issue and we’ll be sending out a compensation as follows.
