Q. Where can I sign up for a HIVE account?
Select Sign Up after running the game to create your HIVE account.
Q. Can I buy, sell or trade accounts?
Selling, buying, trading or giving game accounts to other players is against our policy.We cannot guarantee the security of any account that has been passed from one player to another, and we reserve the right to ban any account that has been transferred between two different players. 
Q. Do not share your login data/personal information
We, GAMEVIL, are unable to restore accounts that are reported stolen/hacked.“Hacks” as they are called, can only occur if a person somehow acquires your personal/login information, so it’s your responsibility to keep that data safe. The main rules include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Never share your CS CODE, HIVE ID, and passwords with anyone! 2. Avoid logging into your account on someone else's device. 3. If you're purchasing in-game currency, only do so through the in-game shop. Any other discount offers are considered fraud, and you will be at risk of disclosing your personal information. 
Q. I can’t remember the password for my HIVE account. How do I find that out?
From the main screen of the game, go to “HIVE Login”. Press “Login >” at the top right corner of the screen. Then press “Forgot Password?”. You must enter the HIVE ID and then the registered email address when prompted.​
Q. How can I use coupon codes ?
1) Start the game and go to the Event page. 2) Enter your code at the Coupon Exchange Banner. 3) Check your inbox. If you do not see the item in your inbox, please re-start the game. *Please note that coupon codes can be used only for Android users due to recent changes to Apple’s policy, so unfortunately it is not possible to use any coupons on iOS devices anymore.
Q. Do I need to enter additional information after signing up for the HIVE account?
Please make sure to correctly enter any additional information, such as your birthday and phone number, as this is the information you will need when you forget your password.
Q. I can't sign up for a HIVE account. What do I do?
If the ID or the e-mail address you want to create your HIVE account with is already in use, you may not use it to create a new account. Also, if you have more than 5 active accounts on a device/IP, you cannot sign up for an additional HIVE account. (Guest ID excluded)​
Q. I lost my password. What can I do?
a. Connect to m.withhive.com with a mobile device -> Tap on the "Login >" button on the top-right or bottom of the screen -> Select Forgot Password? -> Enter the HIVE ID and then the e-mail address registered to the HIVE ID in order to reset your password. b. If the HIVE ID is found, an e-mail with a link to reset the password will be sent to the e-mail address that is currently registered to the HIVE account. c. Select "Issue Temporary Password" in the e-mail to reset your password, and you'll receive another e-mail with your newly created temporary password. d. Login with your new temporary password and tap on Com2uS HIVE which will take you to Settings, scroll down to "Password Modification" and follow the prompts to set up a new personalized password. * How to change your passwordLogin to the mobile HIVE site (m.withhive.com) -> Tap on the 三 Icon on the top-left -> Tap on Profile -> Tap on [Password Modification] on the bottom -> Enter the current password -> Enter the new password, confirm and save.* Please make sure to make up your password using at least 2+ combinations of [letters(upper case/lower case), numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&*_+-)] with 6 to 16 letters.​
Q. I didn't receive the e-mail to reset my password. What do I do?
You may have incorrectly input your e-mail address while signing up. If that's not the case, please check your spam folder to make sure. * If you failed to receive the e-mail, please register an inquiry through [Submit a Question] at the bottom.
Q. How can I change my HIVE password?
Login to the mobile HIVE site (m.withhive.com) -> Tap on the 三 Icon on the top-left -> Tap on Profile -> Tap on [Password Modification] on the bottom -> Enter the current password -> Enter the new password, confirm and save.* Please make sure to make up your password using at least 2+ combinations of [letters(upper case/lower case), numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&*_+-)] with 6 to 16 letters.​

The information included in the message, such as your e-mail address, ID, nickname and IP, will be kept for 3 years in accordance with related laws and will be permanently deleted. You have the right not to agree to the Privacy Policy but please note that we may not be able to solve your issues without the required information.
